I just wanted to send you a note thanking you for the way you handled Jeffrey and his dental implant. He is not a kid who wears his emotions on his sleeve, but when we got in the car after leaving your office he gave me a BIG smile and said the implant looked and felt great. Then he told me he still remembered over hearing my first phone conversation with you about the fact that he was missing 2 teeth. He remembered what chair he was sitting in and that he felt scared and sad but didn't really understand it. So of course I BURST into tears looking at this almost grown man but seeing the little boy! Needless to say we got a good laugh out of that! (At my expense, as usual!) But he was very relieved and pleased with the final result and smiles without any self-consciousness, FINALLY!
