I would like to thank you all for the excellent dental care that you provided to my parents. While both of their dental problems gave you serious challenges, your results usually exceeded their expectations. I would especially like to thank you for the care that you extended to my Mom, even when her declining health made it difficult to communicate with her, or keep her teeth clean, and frequently made her late for appointments. The hospital personnel were amazed to see that she did not have dentures, but her own natural teeth in good condition! Please accept my congratulations for the good work and compassionate attitude that is exhibited by you and your entire staff.

Dear Dr. Pearl,
I just wanted to send a note thanking you for the way you handled Jeffrey and his dental implant. He is not a kid who wears his emotions on his sleeve, but when we got in the car after leaving your office he gave me a big smile and said the implant looked and felt great. Then he told me that he still remembered overhearing my first phone conversation with you about the fact that he was missing 2 teeth. He remembered what chair he was sitting in and that he felt scared and sad but didn't really understand it. So, of course I burst into tears looking at this almost grown man but seeing the little boy! Needless to say we got a good laugh at that! (at my expense as usual!) But he was very relieved and pleased with the final result, and smiles without any self-consciousness, finally!
